1. Information we collect

We only collect information you give us voluntarily, plus the basic technical data needed to run this website.

• Contact form: name, WhatsApp number, email, business name, selected package/add-ons and your project description.
• Newsletter: name (optional) and email address.
• Ebook purchases: name, email, WhatsApp number (optional) and transaction records. We never store your card or bank details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and article view counts - used for basic statistics and site security.

2. Information from Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)

If you contact us or log in through a Meta platform, we may receive your public profile information such as name, user ID, profile picture, email address and phone number - only if you grant permission.

This information is used solely to reply to your enquiry and manage your project. We never post anything to your account and never use that data for advertising.

3. How we use your information

• Replying to enquiries and preparing quotes or free drafts.
• Sending drafts, invoices, receipts and the ebook files you purchase.
• Sending newsletters and tips - only if you subscribed.
• Improving site content, performance and security.
• Meeting accounting and legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

4. Newsletter and email

You only receive the newsletter if you subscribed yourself. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can opt out at any time without giving a reason. Transactional emails (such as receipts and ebook download links) are still sent because they are part of your order.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with the service providers required to run this site:

• Vercel - website hosting.
• Neon - database (articles, enquiries, subscriber list).
• Resend - email delivery.
• Billplz - ebook payment processing (payment details are handled entirely by Billplz).
• Meta / WhatsApp - communication channels, if you choose to contact us there.
• Authorities - where required by law.

6. Cookies

This site uses cookies minimally. A session cookie is used only for admin panel login, not for public visitors. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party trackers for marketing profiles. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting your use of the site.

7. Data storage and security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on reputable providers' servers. Admin panel access is protected by a password and signed sessions.

While we take reasonable measures, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We will notify you if a data breach affects your personal information.

8. Retention period

• Project enquiries: up to 24 months after the last discussion.
• Newsletter list: until you unsubscribe.
• Ebook purchase records: up to 7 years, as required by Malaysian accounting rules.
• Technical data: kept in aggregate form without identifying individuals.

9. Your rights

Under the PDPA 2010, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.
• Request deletion of your data (see the next section).
• Limit how your information is processed.

We will respond within 14 working days.

10. How to delete your data

Email us (address below) with the subject “Delete My Data” and state the email or WhatsApp number you used. We will verify your request and delete the relevant data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records.

11. Children

Our services are aimed at business owners, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe your child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Links to external sites

This site may link to third-party sites such as client demos or social media. Their privacy policies are outside our control - please review each site's own policy.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page along with the update date above. Significant changes will be announced by email to subscribers.
