EasyCamp Rental
A rental business people can actually book.
A camping and outdoor event rental company with no website and every booking arriving by phone. Now the gear, packages and prices are visible, and an enquiry arrives as a filled-in WhatsApp message instead of a cold call.

A rental business without a website is not invisible. It is just answering the same three questions on the phone, all day, for free.
Key features
- Gear and package catalogue
- Enquiry straight to WhatsApp
- Built for phone screens first
The situation
Every booking arrived by phone. Before any of them turned into a rental, the same conversation happened: what do you have, does it come as a package, and how much is it.
That is three questions a page can answer in ten seconds, repeated by a person dozens of times a week. And because it happened on the phone, it only happened during the hours someone could pick up - while people plan camping trips at night.
There was no website at all, so there was also nothing for anyone to find when they searched.
What was built
The gear and packages, laid out
What is available and what comes together as a package, visible without asking anyone. The catalogue does the part of the conversation that never varied.
Prices on the page
The question that ends most enquiries is answered before it is asked.
An enquiry that arrives already filled in
The contact action opens WhatsApp with the details already written - what they want and for when. What reaches the owner is a request that can be answered, not a cold call that starts from nothing.
Built for a phone
The visitors are on a phone, on mobile data, often at night. The site is built for that first and desktop second.
Why it was built this way
Show the prices
The instinct in rental is to hide prices so the customer has to make contact. It works - it produces more phone calls and fewer bookings, because most of those calls are people finding out they were never going to buy. Publishing prices means the enquiries that arrive are from people who already accepted them.
WhatsApp instead of a contact form
A form sends a message into a system the owner has to remember to check, and the customer gets silence. WhatsApp is where this business already talks to its customers, and both sides can see the thread. The site’s job is to fill the message in, not to replace the channel.
A catalogue, not a booking engine
A full booking and payment system would have been the bigger build, and the wrong one. The bottleneck was information, not transactions. Fixing what was actually in the way costs less and ships sooner - the booking engine can come later if the business grows into needing it.
Where it stands
Live at easycamp.my. The business now has a page to send people to and something that can be found in a search, which it did not have before.
