Built to look good.
Made to work harder.

Four things I built and still run.
Each one replaced something manual.

ONE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE CENTRE.

A tuition centre that runs itself.

Business system / Web application

Live · easytutor.my

Tuition centres keep their timetable in one book, attendance in another and fees in a WhatsApp thread. EasyTutor puts the whole operation in one place, so the work of chasing and recording stops being a person’s job.

  • Classes, sessions and attendance in one timetable
  • Fee invoicing and payment tracking
  • Parent reports and tutor payslips
  • Separate workspace per centre, with team access

NOTHING LEAVES WITHOUT A HUMAN.

One instruction. The right work, in order.

AI workflow / Internal system

Private · built and used in-house

A private operations desk where one written instruction is planned, split across specialist agents and run in the background. Every result stops at a human approval before it leaves the building — nothing is sent, published or merged on its own.

  • One instruction becomes a plan across specialist agents
  • Runs in the background, with pause, retry and resume
  • Clients, projects, tasks and approvals in the same workspace
  • Every outbound action waits for a human decision

Four kinds of work.
One way of thinking.

Most projects start as one of these
and quietly turn into two.

[ 01 ]

Websites

The site is usually the first thing anyone sees, and often the only thing they judge you on. I build the kind that loads fast, reads clearly on a phone, and puts an enquiry one tap away.

  • Company and product sites
  • Landing pages
  • Enquiry and booking flows
[ 02 ]

Web applications

Once a business has accounts, permissions and records, a website is not enough. I build the application underneath — the part that holds the data and decides who can do what with it.

  • Accounts and roles
  • Dashboards and reporting
  • Payments and billing
[ 03 ]

Business systems

The operational spine: the schedule, the records, the invoices, the reports. Usually it already exists across a whiteboard, a spreadsheet and someone’s memory. I move it into one system that everyone can see.

  • Scheduling and attendance
  • Invoicing and collection
  • Internal tools and admin
[ 04 ]

Automation & AI workflows

The repetitive middle: reading an enquiry, pulling the right details together, updating the record, telling the right person, following up. I build that as a flow that runs on its own — and stops for a human wherever a human should decide.

  • Enquiry handling and routing
  • Follow-up that does not get forgotten
  • Drafting with human approval
AUTOMATION + AI

Good systems
don’t wait
for you.

Most businesses lose work in the gap between an enquiry arriving and somebody getting round to it. This is the shape of what I build to close that gap — and where I deliberately leave a person in charge.

THE SHAPE OF IT
01 / 06
  1. TRIGGER

    An enquiry arrives

From the website, WhatsApp or a form. The clock starts here, whether or not anyone is at a desk.

  2. ACTION

    It gets read properly

What they want, how urgent it is, and whether it is worth your time — worked out before you open it.

  3. ACTION

    Missing details are collected

The questions you would have asked anyway, asked immediately, so the first reply is not a request for more information.

  4. ACTION

    The record updates itself

One enquiry, one entry. No retyping it into a spreadsheet, and no version that only exists in a chat thread.

  5. ACTION

    The right person is told

A notification with the context already attached, so the reply takes a minute instead of an afternoon.

  6. CONTINUE

    Follow-up happens anyway

The second and third touch are where most work is lost. This is the part that keeps going when everyone is busy.

Built per business, on your own data. The steps that send, publish or spend always stop for a person first.

One builder.
A connected
way of thinking.

I’m Adam Sofi. I build websites, web applications and the systems that run behind them — for small businesses and independent operators who have outgrown the spreadsheet.

Most of what I know comes from running my own products. EasyTutor and InvoiceKita have real users, real payments and real support messages, which is a quick way to learn the difference between a build that demos well and one that holds up on a Monday morning.

I don’t treat the website, the app and the automation as three separate jobs. They are one system, and the value is usually in how well the parts talk to each other.
