You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time, for any reason. There is no account to close and nothing to pay.
What we may hold
- A SHA-256 hash of a public Threads post, its public post ID and a relevance score, if one of your public posts matched our keywords.
- Your name, email, WhatsApp number and message, if you used our contact form.
- Your name and email, if you subscribed to our newsletter.
- Your name, email and order record, if you bought an ebook.
We never store the text of Threads posts or the usernames of their authors — see the privacy policy for the full detail.
Option 1 — use the form
Submit the form below with the email address or Threads username you want removed. We delete the matching records and confirm by email within 30 days.
Option 2 — email us
Send an email to muhammad.adamx96@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Data", and include the email address or Threads username you want removed. If it helps us find the record, add a link to the relevant post.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request.
- We locate every record matching the identifier you gave us.
- We delete them permanently within 30 days.
- We email you to confirm the deletion is done.
The only exception is records we are legally required to keep, such as payment and tax records under Malaysian accounting rules. If that applies, we tell you exactly what was kept and why.
Removing our access to your Threads account
If you connected a Threads account to this tool, you can revoke access at any time from Threads: open the Threads app, go to Settings → Account → Website permissions → Apps and websites, and remove the app. Revoking access stops all future API calls; use the form above to also delete anything already stored.
